Avantika a dusky girl is tired of people shaming her for her dark skin tone. Her father has been looking for a suitable groom for her but people turn her down due to her skin colour. One day, she meets Montu who claims he works in an NGO that spreads awareness against women trafficking, they fall in love but Avantika's father finds something suspicious about Montu and doesn't agree for their marriage.
