Rani is a dwarf and is tired listening to taunts by people. She is rejected by men who find out about her height. Rani has a younger sister named Mala who has a normal height and body structure. People often like Mala instead of Rani and want their son to marry Mala which creates problems for Rani. One day a man agrees to get his son married to Rani. The son finds out about Rani's height and gets upset with his father. He is attracted to Mala and one day tries to force himself on her. The next day he is mysteriously found dead.
