Set in the picturesque valleys of Jammu and Kashmir, Shaadi Ke Patasey is the story of two youngsters falling in love with each other and experiencing the phenomenon of love for the first time. They struggle to express their feelings towards each other, until their middle-class families intervene in their love lives and propel them into the daunting world of arranged marriage, creating confusion and misunderstandings. Will it hinder their budding romance or will they eventually find a way into each other's lives and hearts?
