Sam Bharucha is an honest and diligent Police Inspector. He frequently comes across youth gangs, who call themselves bhai. One day during one of these patrols, there is a shoot-out between a youth gang and the police. Sam now has to face the brunt as one of the youth belonged to an affluent family.
