Kailash and Kamal are two brothers who live in a huge joint family along with their parents and respective wives, Sita and Usha. Bhairavi, the sister of Kailash and Kamal is also married but lives in the same house. Trouble ensues in the household when Bhairavi plants a suspicion in the mind of Kailash about Kamal and Sita's affair. Despite Kamal and Usha being madly in love with each other, Kailash continues to suspect his brother and wife and ends up taking a drastic step.
